Celtic Art Prints, Celtic Meditation Plates, and Celtic Art Medallions from Ravensdaughter Designs

Recently, parents of Autistic children have told me that my Celtic Meditation Plates have helped their children concentrate. While I intended my Celtic Plates to be used as a relaxation tool, I am very pleased to know that they may also provide a form of Art Therapy for Autistic children and adults. I have set up a Facebook Page to discuss the effects of my Celtic Meditation Plates in relation to Autism, and I invite you to partake in the discussion.

Another thing I've been able to demonstrate when I sell at art shows is how my Celtic Meditation Plates can help children, teens, and young adults improve their study habits and focus their muscle groups on athletic activities. A Celtic Meditation Plate is a focus tool. It helps the mind center because both the "logic" and "abstract" sides of the brain are working in tandem on the same task. This generates a very centered, focused feeling in the forefront of the mind. That feeling can be directed toward any goal, such as getting in the right 'head space' for math or social studies, or mentally supporting muscle activity.
